Before: Unstaged for buyers, some of the seller’s existing furniture and decor had to stay in the home
After: We worked closely with the sellers and listing agent to come up with a strategy and plan when they decided to sell the home. The seller’s had some great furniture and decor we were able to integrate into the staging design, plus we brought in some new pieces that help update layouts and flow for buyers. We also worked closely with a local business to furnish the front sunroom with ferns and beautiful pots. Offer accepted in 4 days, multiple offers over list.
